HELLO MINI SCHOOL COMMUNITY,

We have concluded our 2025 Poinsettia Fundraiser! Thank you to everyone that helped us achieve our fundraising goal. We were able to sell over 3,700 poinsettias, all of which have been picked up and claimed at PW Mini. We’ll see you next year!

The important things to note are:

• The poinsettias, especially the X-Large 10” ones, are lovely.

• All students are expected to sell 25 or more poinsettias to meet our fundraising goal.

• Poinsettia sales begin in October and pick-up will be November 26-27th, 2025 in the Mini Gym.

• Please complete the table in the form and submit it to the PW Mini School office no later than Monday, November 3rd, 2025.

• Make sure that all cheques are made payable to Prince of Wales Mini School PAC, and have the customer write the Mini student’s name and “Poinsettia Fundraiser” in the memo line of the cheque.

• We offer receipts for businesses that request them.

• Credit card payments are subjected to an additional 2.5% service fee.

Our Student Poinsettia Coordinators, Trevor Tan and Efrain Martinez, will be visiting each classroom to introduce the fundraiser to the students.
